HUGE thank you to Village Pizza Inn of Pt. Pleasant for preparing pizza for the nearly 150 people who attended our Vacation Bible School Program/Picnic yesterday! Not only was the pizza delicious, but the customer service received was far beyond what we could have ever imagined! We are so grateful for the extra measures that were taken to make our picnic a success! We cannot THANK YOU enough!

We were blessed to be able to do some local outreach work at the Resource Connection Outreach Center, on Friday evening! Who knew so much fun could be had while working. Helpers ranged in age from 1-87!

❗️PRAISE REPORT & EXCITING NEWS ❗️ Thanks to the support of the many individuals & businesses who have donated to our fundraising efforts, Creston Church was able to purchase a newer van! Praise God! We will now be running an official bus route starting this Sunday, March 17th, for our Sunday morning services! The route will leave Creston @ 8:15 and start out Gunville Yeagar Road. It will then turn onto Cain Ridge and then to Tribble Road. From Tribble the bus will make a right onto Rt. 62 headed towards Leon, before turning onto Leon Baden road. Once on Leon Baden road, it will intersect with Rt. 87 and head back to the church. If you would like for the bus to pick you up somewhere along the route, please get in contact with the church (or you can reply to this post) and we can give you an estimated time we’ll be near your stop. Current time estimates are below: Cain Ridge/Tribble Intersection: 8:30am Arriving at old Leon bowling alley: 8:55am Leon Post Office: 9:00am Back to church at 9:25am **Please let us know if you have any questions at all! We are so proud of our men for not only winning the Goldtown Community Church Basketball Tournament this past weekend, but also shining their light for Jesus in the midst of competition! After losing their first game, these men had to battle all the harder, & even play 4 back-to-back games, for the win! But despite adversity, they never gave up & instead displayed teamwork at its finest! Great job guys!

The Birthday Dinner/Auction is nearly 2 weeks away now! Some people have been asking what this event is exactly; specifically the Birthday portion. So basically this event is designed to give the opportunity to come out with friends and neighbors to celebrate birthdays of all seasons! No Birthday in particular, but instead everyone's Birthday! Tables will be divided into the 4 different seasons and we will ask that you sit at the table designated for the season your Birthday falls in, to allow fellowship with those you may not see often! This is not mandatory, but a suggestion! Following dinner, there will be a live auction where several items donated from local & even national businesses will be available for bid, as well as additional items! We will only be able to accept cash or local check as payment for auction items. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the purchase of a church van! Please mark "Going" on the event if you plan to attend, or let someone at Creston know, so we can get you on our headcount list for food/supplies! Start the New Year by joining our Fitness Class! Monday's @ 7pm (with the exception of the first Monday of the month, which begins @ 6pm - so, tonight's class will be at 6pm!) Classes last approximately 1 hr. If you've never attended this class before, this is the perfect time to join, as we will all be starting over with new goals! Exercises are modified to each individual's personal fitness level, for a "go at your own pace" approach! Classes are typically concluded with a short devotional and healthy snack! So come out tonight @ 6pm for an evening of spiritual & physical health improvement, to start your week off right!
